English as a Second Language (ESL)

The classes are free and open to adults whose first language is not English. Our classes focus on phonics, reading, writing, fluency, citizenship, and American culture. AARP Tax Aide
Columbia County Library 7022 Evans Town Center Blvd, Evans, GA, United StatesAARP foundation Tax-Aide offers free tax preparation assistance at the library. The program will run February 1- April 15. Tax-Aide has helped 50 million low and moderate-income taxpayers. You don't have to be an AARP member, and there's no age requirement to get tax help from IRS-certified volunteers.
